More than a web design company, Totera is a culmination of founder and president, Frank DePalma’s years of experience in the broadcast communications industry. With facilities in Port Townsend and Seattle, Washington, Totera Web Systems is part of a network of privately held companies owned and operated by PALMATEC, L.L.C.
