I am a Preferred Provider for Premera Blue Cross, First Choice, Uniform Medical, Lifewise and Kaiser. I ask that clients reach out to their insurance companies to know ahead of time about annual deductibles, office co-payments, and percentages that clients are required to pay at each therapy visit. I ask that clients pay these fees each therapy appointment rather than my billing after-the-fact for services rendered.

If you would like to use your private health insurance to pay for therapy and I am an out-of-network provider, I will ask that you pay me directly for services. I will then provide you with a Super Bill (a detailed invoice) for you to submit to your insurance for your own reimbursement. I am considered an out-of-network provider for Aetna and Cigna.
